Danielle L. Hofer

Danielle’s legal practice includes the areas of construction defense litigation, New York Labor Law and general liability. She has experience handling all aspects of the litigation process from pleadings and motions to discovery and depositions.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Danielle was a defense litigation attorney in New York City where she represented general contractors as well as construction managers and developers in complex construction actions and construction defect claims.

While earning her law degree at St. John’s University School of Law, Danielle was an articles editor for the St. John’s Law Review and had also served as the internal director of the Women’s Law Society, a group within the School that advocates education, research and self-development for women.
