Jessica brings more than 25 years of experience representing businesses, insurers, medical professionals, franchisors, and employers in litigation, regulatory matters and transactions to her law practice at Litchfield Cavo LLP. She has expanded her practice with a focus on general liability, business litigation, insurance defense, labor and employment law.
Jessica has advised clients on franchise-related matters including but not limited to litigation, regulatory and transactions, drawing on her experience as corporate counsel for a family entertainment and youth enrichment franchisor. Jessica has also served as in-house counsel for insurers, handling cases involving allegations of medical negligence, civil rights violations against private corrections companies, and products liability. Earlier in her career, from 2000 through 2010, Jessica practiced at national law firms where she represented a diverse range of clients across multiple practice areas.
