Ken is a litigator with extensive experience defending clients. He is an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois Mandatory Arbitration Program, and has also served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. Ken frequently gives seminars on various topics in workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, environmental litigation and general liability law.
