Ken has extensive experience defending clients in environmental and toxic tort litigation, construction litigation, business litigation, general liability, workers’ compensation. He also handles employment law and litigation, products liability and appellate law.
Ken is an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois Mandatory Arbitration Program, and has also served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. He frequently gives seminars on various topics in workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, environmental litigation and general liability law.
