Ken has extensive experience defending clients in environmental and toxic tort litigation, business litigation, general liability and appellate practice, labor laws and workers’ compensation.
Ken is an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois Mandatory Arbitration Program, and has also served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. He frequently gives seminars on various topics in workers’ compensation, employers’ liability, environmental litigation and general liability law.
