Stephen concentrates his civil litigation practice in the areas of construction liability and general liability. He has experience representing businesses and individuals in construction defect, construction accident and motor vehicle cases, as well as premises liability issues including slip and fall matters.
Practices
- Granted summary judgment in an action after Plaintiff sustained a severe injury while working as a machinist and filed a negligence claims suit against our manufacturing client; the Court agreed that our client owed no duty to protect Plaintiff as a parent company and ruled in favor of our client.
- Obtained summary judgment in a New Hampshire matter wherein alarm company client’s waiver of subrogation and limitation of liability clauses were valid and enforceable related to a six-figure subrogation claim.
- Obtained defense verdict as second chair in matter wherein client admitted during employee testimony that several policies were violated; the jury found no negligence of our client and ruled in our favor.
