Dora Lee

Dora focuses her legal practice on insurance coverage claims, contract interpretation and bad faith litigation. She represents clients in Illinois state courts.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Dora was a law clerk for the Honorable Sophia H. Hall of the Chancery Division at the Circuit Court of Cook County. During this time, she drafted opinions and conducted research for claims involving insurance coverage, contract disputes and administrative review. Preceding her time as a law clerk, Dora was a legal intern at a boutique intellectual property firm in Chicago where she researched General Data Protection Regulation, defamation and trademark law. She was also a judicial extern for the Honorable John H. Ehrlich of the Law Division at the Circuit Court of Cook County where she performed research and drafted opinions on products liability and personal injury claims.

While earning her Juris Doctorate at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Dora worked as an executive articles editor for the school’s Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. In addition, she was a member of the Women’s Leadership Coalition and a volunteer for Illinois Legal Aid Online.
