Ashley’s trial experience is equally as extensive—from basic personal injury matters, to employment, to contract and nuanced commercial disputes—she brings her zealous advocacy to each matter equally. She balances her approach to litigation with sensible analysis aimed at ensuring an optimal resolution for her clients. Ashley utilizes a similar hands-on approach with all of her matters, from pre-litigation communications through the appellate process.
Building a reputation as a trusted advocate, Ashley has served as a consultant to various insurance carriers on high-exposure matters to ensure that each pre-litigation demand is evaluated fairly and consistent with California legal requirements.
