Natasha focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, specifically in the areas of class actions and appeals. As a member of Litchfield Cavo LLP’s financial institutions class action team, Natasha represents banks, credit unions and other financial institutions in a wide range of litigation matters, including claims concerning fee practices.
Natasha has experience representing clients in a wide array of complex commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, antitrust and deceptive trade practices. She has additional experience defending clients’ against claims involving professional liability and products liability.
As a former plaintiffs’ attorney, Natasha has insight of how the other side strategizes and uses her experience to defend clients against claims in both state and federal courts throughout the country.
