Emily focuses her practice on commercial business litigation, mass tort litigation and professional malpractice matters. She also represents clients in employment discrimination and retaliation complaints/investigations, and appears before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Emily manages client matters from inception to resolution has experience drafting and preparing discovery requests, pleadings, pre-trial motions and working on appellate matters. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Emily worked as an associate at a prominent plaintiff’s firm in Orlando, Florida, where she advocated on behalf of clients involved in motor vehicle accident cases.
While attending Stetson University College of Law, Emily served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Jack in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and worked as a Student Ambassador for the College of Law.
