Emily has experience working on mass tort cases and managing matters from inception to resolution, overseeing factual investigations, discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, expert retention and mediation or settlement negotiations. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, she worked at a prominent personal injury firm in Orlando, Florida, where she advocated on behalf of clients involved in motor vehicle accident cases.
While earning her law degree at Stetson University College of Law, Emily served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Jack in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
