Phil concentrates his practice on commercial transportation, municipal law and premises liability litigation. He has extensive litigation experience in cases involving catastrophic trucking accidents, commercial vehicle claims, federal civil rights, product liability, premises liability, drowning litigation and employment law. Phil is a member of Litchfield Cavo LLP’s rapid response team for commercial vehicle accidents with extensive experience handling claims from the accident scene through trial. Phil has successfully argued several cases in the appellate courts of Illinois and Indiana.
Phil has presented several seminars on the commercial transportation industry and Department of Transportation Regulations. In 2017, Phil was elected to the Board of Trustees for the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois.
