Courtney (CJ) concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation and workers’ compensation. She has experience handling contract, construction, personal injury and legal malpractice cases, and representative clients comprising insurance companies, privately held companies and individuals.
CJ’s experience in pre-litigation through preparing cases for trial has proven invaluable for building her courtroom skill, including obtaining favorable outcomes as co-chair.
