Paul concentrates his legal practice on insurance defense litigation in New York state courts. He handles matters involving construction liability with particular focus on New York State Labor Law, premises liability, general liability and auto liability. Paul has experience representing individual business owners and contractors, local municipalities and public benefit corporations in all aspects of pre-trial litigation.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Paul handled tort and insurance defense cases from inception to trial at a mid-sized regional law firm in Manhattan.
While earning his law degree at St. John’s University School of Law, Paul was a senior staff member for St. John’s Law Review. During this time, he cite checked articles authored by law professors, judges and other legal professionals.
