Alex focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation, along with general liability defense. He applies his wealth of legal knowledge when counseling clients through the nuances of pre-suit investigations in West Virginia in the areas of employment law, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and construction litigation. Alex has experience defending clients against discrimination claims and those involving West Virginia Human Rights Act.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Alex spent several years representing clients at a law firm that focused on employment litigation.
