Rebecca has 20 years of experience defending clients in a wide range of litigation matters. She handles personal injury actions on behalf of insurance companies, trucking and transportation companies, and property and premises owners. Additionally, Rebecca represents contractors and subcontractors in construction defect matters, as well as clients across various industries in breach of contract disputes. She has extensive experience defending clients in toxic tort and environmental actions, including cases involving asbestos, benzene, formaldehyde, and mold.
Rebecca has favorably settled numerous cases through informal negotiations and mediation and has achieved favorable outcomes in both arbitration and trial.
