Illinois Attorney to Present COVID-19 Webinar to the Illinois Chamber of Commerce

Chicago partner Sean F. Darke will be presenting a webinar, “COVID-19 and Its Impact on the Gig Economy” to the Illinois Chamber of Commerce on May 20, 2020.

During his webinar, Sean will cover the government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and how it impacts the gig economy. Sean will also review the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES) from the viewpoint of an independent contractor.
