Illinois Partner Joins Panel for Webcast on Working from Home Post COVID-19

Litchfield Cavo LLP partner Jonathan E. Barrish will participate in the upcoming webcast, “Working from Home Post COVID-19: What’s Normal in Our New Normal?” on Tuesday, June 29. During the virtual presentation hosted by Marsh, a leading insurance broker and risk advisor, panelists will discuss how employers will navigate the risks associated with part-time and full-time remote workers following the COVID-19 pandemic. Specific topics encompass what to consider regarding remote work in a post-pandemic world, legal doctrines in work-from-home scenarios and how to defend them, and recent remote work claims.

Panelists comprise a Marsh safety expert, two workers’ compensation professionals, as well as an employment attorney. Invited attendees include employers and leaders responsible for securing workers’ compensation insurance, and who handle claims in the areas of risk management, human resources, insurance claims and safety.
