Fort Lauderdale Partner to Speak at CLM Claims College

Fort Lauderdale partner David S. Gold will speak at the 2019 CLM Claims College, being held September 4-7 in Baltimore, Maryland. He will give two lectures at the conference’s School of Worker’s Compensation.

David’s first session, “Determining Compensability” on September 5, 2019, will focus on the legal principles when considering whether an accident, such as the coming and going rule, personal comfort doctrine and the premises rule. His second session, “Resolving a Claim” on September 6, 2019, will focus on effective strategies for resolving claims.
