David concentrates his practice exclusively on workers’ compensation defense and subrogation. For more than 25 years, he has defended employers, insurance carriers, self-insured corporations, third-party administrators and claims servicing agencies throughout the state of Florida. Past and current clients include many Fortune 500 companies, with a particular emphasis on national retailers. David has defended all manner of cases, from simple injuries to complex matters involving claims for permanent total disability.
