David has substantial experience handling complex commercial litigation cases and business disputes in state and federal district courts throughout California. His representative experience includes clients in the following industries: trucking, warehousing and logistics services; manufacturers; realtors and brokers; commercial lessors and renters; and, entertainment production businesses. David has extensive experience handling Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) cases and wage and hour disputes, including class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) lawsuits on behalf of companies and individuals.
David has successfully mediated more than 10 FEHA and PAGA cases, settled more than 20 employment cases and has mitigated damages for his clients. He has served as first chair in a FEHA jury trial harassment case, and has served as second chair in a FEHA disability discrimination case. David has handled complex shareholder disputes, trademark litigation and trade secret claims under the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act (CUTSA) and Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), spanning multiple states, in addition to directors and officers insurance litigation and derivative lawsuits.
While earning his law degree at the University of San Francisco School of Law, David was a member of the Eviction Defense Collaborative, at which time he represented local low income tenants involved in eviction cases.
