Kevin is a litigator and trial attorney who focuses his practice on insurance defense. His practice involves defending claims including trucking and motor vehicle, construction, property damage, products liability, professional liability and employment. Kevin’s represented clients include insureds on behalf of two different major United States carriers, and he defends his clients in courts throughout New York City and the greater metropolitan area. He has experience handling all aspects of the litigation process from pleadings and motions to discovery and depositions through trial to verdict. Kevin has received approximately 140 trial verdicts to date including 290 trial files.
Kevin was previously staff counsel at a large insurance company where he managed high-coverage and high-exposure portfolios. His cases were handled vertically from joinder to verdict.
While earning his Juris Doctorate, Kevin worked at a “Wall Street law firm” during the day and attended New York Law School at night. At the beginning of his legal career, he worked at smaller law firms in New York City before moving in-house to handle carrier work.

- Secured favorable jury verdict for Defendant in Queens County Supreme Court with a finding of 99% comparative fault against Plaintiff, who had sustained 4 broken bones and a head injury.
- Prevailed on behalf of a driver involved in an automobile collision wherein Plaintiff sustained injuries that required multiple surgeries; the Court’s jury returned a unanimous defense verdict resulting in dismissal of Plaintiff’s case.
