Keith C. Gamble

Keith handles a variety of litigation matters ranging from basic personal injury to complex construction and civil rights claims. Born and raised in the Mountain State, he has a strong familiarity with people and the locale to help his client navigate their litigation needs.

Keith’s background as a prosecutor not only provides him extensive trial experience, but a close working relationship and understanding of the complexities of police, first responders and other municipal entities. After moving to the civil practice arena, he became well versed in the defense of construction claims, trucking accidents, employment matters and other general personal injury claims.

Keith has defended clients in many areas. He has handled a variety of cases ranging from excessive force and fatality events for police and municipal parties to more general motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall injury claims.
