Alex Y. Kondar

Alex focuses his practice on general liability, commercial litigation and insurance defense. He has developed a strong background representing insurers in large-scale litigation and businesses in complex commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Alex clerked for a national insurance defense practice where he assisted the managing partner in preparing legal memoranda and handling motion practice in cases involving multi-million-dollar commercial vehicle policies. In this role, Alex contributed to a variety of commercial litigation matters, including work for high-profile international clients.

Alex developed his litigation skills while working at a personal injury firm, supporting the managing partner in trial preparation and drafting critical motions. His work included assisting partners on cases involving substantial policy limits in product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice.
