Peter has been practicing in casualty defense since 1998 and currently concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, the defense of first-party insurance claims and tort actions. He also has experience handling construction suits and homeowner’s association disputes. Peter’s previous work includes the defense of trucking and motor vehicle accident claims, products liability suits and subrogation matters.
Peter has obtained orders of summary judgment in state and federal court in construction, negligence and bankruptcy cases. With more than 20 years of legal experience, he has successfully resolved several tort cases in Texas, Illinois and Indiana. With a background in a variety of areas of tort and commercial law, Peter applies a comprehensive knowledge of the law to legal disputes and secures prompt, cost-effective resolutions.
