Kiran focuses her practice on mass tort litigation, commercial business litigation and professional malpractice matters. She represents clients in a range of civil litigation matters, including asbestos cases, community association matters and commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP as an attorney, Kiran served as a law clerk with the firm and gained hands-on experience supporting litigation strategy in insurance defense and general liability matters.
While attending Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Kiran clerked for an estate planning law firm and gained experience drafting wills and trusts. She previously completed judicial externships within the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida with the Honorable Judge Stacey Schulman in the Unified Family Division, and also the Honorable Judge Phoebee Francois in the Misdemeanor Division.
