Josh represents businesses and individuals in the defense of cases involving personal injury, construction defects, products liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and other commercial litigation. He manages every phase of the litigation process, from initial investigation and claim analysis through written discovery, depositions, expert discovery, settlement negotiation and trial. Throughout his legal career, Josh has represented a diverse array of clients, providing thoughtful, results-driven advocacy tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Josh earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law where he received the Dean’s Achievement Award Scholarship and a Certificate in Health Law and Policy. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Michigan State University.

Josh’s background in neuroscience enhances his analytical approach, particularly in cases claiming chronic pain, behavioral or cognitive damages and other technical, complex and highly nuanced matters.

Josh’s experience handling intellectual property matters as a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office also contributes to his defense of products liability and construction defect litigation.
