Seth focuses his insurance defense law practice in the areas of general liability and insurance coverage. He has litigation experience representing the federal government in regulatory matters and federal administrative law. Concentrating his practice on litigation, Seth applies his trial experience and navigates complex legal matters from initial case analysis and discovery to final negotiations. He is well-versed in oral advocacy, legal research and persuasive legal writing.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Seth served as an assistant chief counsel at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security where he represented the federal government in immigration proceedings. In this role, he gained significant trial experience and filed many appellate briefs at the Board of Immigration Appeals.
As a Navy veteran, Seth has the skills necessary to explain difficult concepts in a straightforward manner. Later, while training as a nuclear operator, he developed the ability to navigate high stress environments with a calm demeanor and deliver exceptional results for clients.
