Elizabet concentrates her practice on civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense and employment law. She handles all phases of the legal process—from discovery and depositions to drafting and arguing motions, and appearing before the court. Elizabet also has experience in pre-litigation, civil service hearings and litigation matters including arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Elizabet handled employment law and medical malpractice matters, and represented a large county and other government entities at a Burbank, California law firm. She conducted civil service and administrative hearings, and assisted in arbitration, mediation and trial preparation.
Previously, Elizabet worked as a legal assistant and managed pre-litigation cases from inception through resolution. In that role, she successfully resolved personal injury matters and negotiated medical bills on a lien basis.
