Harpreet represents his clients in state and federal California courts. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, business litigation and financial institutions. Harpreet uses his experience to defend motions for summary judgment, motions to compel and negotiates on their behalf outside of court. He has additional experience as in-house counsel for a sports technology company where he handled contract review and drafting, corporate governance and risk compliance.
