Alex focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation, along with general liability defense. He applies his wealth of legal knowledge to counsel clients through the nuances of pre-suit investigations in West Virginia including employment law, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and construction litigation claims. Alex also has experience guiding defendants through discrimination claims and those involving West Virginia Human Rights Act.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Alex spent several years at a law firm focused on employment litigation.
