Alex focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation, along with general liability defense. He applies his wealth of legal knowledge to counsel clients through the nuances of pre-suit investigations involving employment law in West Virginia, including discrimination claims and those related to the West Virginia Human Rights Act. Alex also has experience guiding defendants through premises liability, motor vehicle liability and construction litigation claims.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Alex spent several years at a law firm that is focused on employment litigation.
