Chelsey is an accomplished attorney who is committed to the legal profession. Throughout her career, she has focused her practice on insurance defense, personal injury, trucking liability, premises liability, general liability and employment law cases. Chelsey is particularly skilled in litigation, drafting legal documents, analyzing records and strategizing for trial. She gained valuable experience in motion practice, conducting and defending depositions, and participating in mediations on behalf of her clients. Chelsey served as first chair in more than 10 trials in Texas in Dallas, Tarrant, Hill, Johnson and Ellis counties.
In addition to her private practice experience, Chelsey worked as an in-house assistant attorney general in the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Child Support Division. During this time, she gained insight into family law and confirmed compliance with agency policies and procedures. Previously, Chelsey handled mass tort and product liability cases, including matters involving Essure removal and Hernia Mesh failure.
