Missouri Partner Authors Article for ISBA Workers’ Compensation Newsletter

St. Louis Partner Gregory S. Keltner recently authored an article that appeared in the July 2023 issue of Workers’ Compensation Law, a publication of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law that follows a recent decision issued by the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Appellate Court.

Greg’s article, “It’s All in the Details: Proving Accident and Causation in a Repetitive Trauma Case,” follows a claimant who was employed as a truck driver for more than 20 years and claims to have suffered chronic pain and injuries as the result of repetitive activity related to dock work, pre-trip vehicle inspections, and over the road driving.

In his article published by the ISBA, Greg discusses the evidence that parties should consider when presenting a workers’ compensation case involving injuries allegedly related to repetitive trauma. To read the full article published in July 2023, please click here.

Greg focuses his practice exclusively on workers’ compensation cases in central and southern Illinois. He tries numerous cases each year before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and handles workers’ compensation appeals before the circuit and appellate courts. Greg has also tried cases before the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission involving disputed safety citations issued to mining operators by the Mine Safety and Health Administration.
