New Jersey Partner to Speak at DRI Products Liability Conference

New Jersey partner William K. Pelosi will present at the DRI Products Liability Conference in Austin, Texas on February 8, 2019. Bill’s presentation, “Invasion of the Consumer Protection Claim,” discusses consumer protection laws, coverage and requirements for liability. His presentation also touches on the defense strategies applicable to cases where consumer protection laws are used to create liability and generate significant economic risk in what would otherwise be a low value, or no value, commercial dispute.

Bill concentrates his law practice on business litigation, employment liability, products liability, and appellate practice. His clients include manufacturers, distributors, warehouse companies, professional service providers, financial institutions, and real estate developers and builders.
