Tim focuses his litigation practice on personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accident and toxic tort cases including asbestos-related cases, including those for manufacturers and contractors.
While serving as Assistant St. Louis Circuit Attorney, Tim developed his trial skills where he gained a strong foundation in case preparation and jury trials. Tim has first chaired 40 cases to jury verdict, including 5 murder trials.
Tim credits his background in biology as the basis for his scientific understanding, which enables him to communicate effectively with expert witnesses and prepare thoroughly for depositions and trial.
