Chris is an associate trial attorney who focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense and general liability matters. He has experience representing hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, insurers and businesses in high-exposure cases involving bodily injury, medical negligence, wrongful death and premises liability, as well as transportation-related claims. Chris’s experience spans all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, arbitration and trial.
As a former critical care nurse, Chris has a distinct clinical perspective that he applies to his legal practice that enables him to evaluate complex medical records and expert testimony with precision. He excels in strategic case analysis and courtroom advocacy, and has experience collaborating with insurers, adjusters and risk management professionals.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Chris gained his litigation and trial experience while practicing law in Florida where he tried numerous jury trials.
