West Virginia Attorney Kelly Calder Mowen Authors Article on W.Va. Revised Statute

West Virginia attorney Kelly Calder Mowen has authored “West Virginia’s Revised Venue Statute – W.Va. Code § 56-1-1” summarizing potentially significant changes to W.Va.
