Beth A. Saydak

During the course of her legal carrier, Beth has litigated and tried cases and prosecuted appeals, including in complex civil cases, as both insurer in-house and outside counsel. Her legal experience includes the defense and prosecution of general liability, professional liability, commercial and insurance defense cases.

Beth’s practice has encompassed construction and labor law, premises liability, property damage, construction defect and products liability cases. She also has handled architect/engineer, insurance broker/agent and real estate broker/agent liability matters. Beth has represented defendants in toxic tort, pharmaceutical, defamation, motor vehicle, trucking liability and bankruptcy cases. She acts as outside general counsel for a not-for-profit corporation in connection with real estate, employment and compliance matters.
