Francesca B. Cheng

Francesca concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage, business litigation, general liability and products liability. She has experience handling coverage disputes that involve first- and third-party claims in both the state and federal courts. Francesca also handles pre-litigation matters, and represents clients in arbitration, mediation and at trial.

Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Francesca represented insurance companies in the ride-share, trucking and food industries, among others, at a midsize insurance coverage law firm. She has additional experience evaluating and advising individuals on relevant tax controversies and disputes.
