“Cat” is an attorney at Litchfield Cavo LLP’s Lynnfield, Massachusetts office. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage, general liability, bad faith claims and first-party property matters. Cat’s litigation experience includes defending cases in municipal, state and federal courts across Pennsylvania.
Cat has represented Fortune 500 companies in federal arbitrations and throughout all stages of litigation in first-party property matters. She also participated in a federal jury trial as second chair in defense of a first-party automobile matter, and has obtained a defense verdict in a breach of contract action against an educational institution.
Prior to joining the Firm, Cat handled insurance coverage and bath faith matters for a Philadelphia-based insurance defense firm. While attending Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, she worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable Chief Judge Juan R. Sánchez in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and also was an extern for the Philadelphia Regional Solicitor’s Office for the Department of Labor. Cat also served as the executive editor for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.
