Ed’s practice embraces many aspects of insurance defense litigation. In more than 30 years of litigation, the broad spectrum of his practice areas has included complex business litigation and Lanham Act cases. His practice also includes medical and non-medical professional malpractice, environmental/toxic tort litigation, civil rights and employment discrimination cases, New York construction/labor law, trucking and other motor vehicle related litigation involving catastrophic injuries. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in both New York state and federal courts.
Practices
- Obtained defense verdict on behalf of a fitness facility client against Plaintiff’s claim that a structural rod broke on our client’s machine because it was not properly inspected or maintained, causing a fall and resulting in injuries; a Supreme Court jury returned a unanimous finding that our client was not negligent, and the Court dismissed the case.
