Ashley focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, products liability, personal injury, automobile negligence and other areas of insurance defense litigation. She has successfully obtained summary judgments, dismissals and other favorable outcomes on behalf of her clients at both the state and federal levels.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Ashley worked at an insurance defense firm in Miami, Florida, where she gained extensive experience in many aspects of defense litigation while representing large restaurant groups, hotels, valet services, security and cleaning service providers for stadiums and arenas. She also has experience defending medical malpractice cases.
While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Ashley served as a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. She also  participated in the Innocence Clinic where she assisted in a number of cases seeking post-conviction relief. During that time, Ashley prepared a petition for a writ of habeas corpus involving numerous complex substantive and procedural issues.
