Ashley focuses her practice on general liability matters including products liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle and trucking cases. She also handles negligent security, landlord/tenant disputes among other areas of litigation. Ashley has experience in commercial and complex business litigation representing both defendants and plaintiffs, and has successfully obtained summary judgments, dismissals, appellate reversals and other favorable outcomes on behalf of clients at both the state and federal levels.
While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Ashley served as a certified legal intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. She also participated in the Innocence Clinic where she assisted in a number of cases seeking post-conviction relief.
