William focuses his legal practice on construction liability, products liability and professional medical malpractice cases. He routinely defends clients in complex matters that comprise high-exposure damage claims, including cases involving multi-million dollar property damage and significant lasting physical injuries. William’s representative experience spans across many aspects of litigation defense—from pre-suit investigation through trial—while representing clients throughout Illinois in both state and federal courts.
William’s representative clients include physicians, hospitals and nursing homes, construction management companies and architects. He also defends a range of manufactures and sellers of products for trucking equipment and automotive products, airport supply equipment and, also, beauty products. Additionally, William has provided counsel to employers regarding their time keeping procedures for employees and compliance with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act.

- Obtained dismissal with prejudice for manufacturing industry client in a matter alleging violations of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act; successfully argued that, due to Plaintiff no longer being employed by the Defendant, our client was not required to obtain consent prior to using a fingerprint scanning time clock.
