Sammy focuses his legal practice in the area of general liability on behalf of insurance carriers and private entities, as well as individuals. He has experience defending a range of client matters including breach of contract, commercial disputes, personal injury, product defects and premises liability. Sammy also handles first- and third-party insurance defense claims, and litigates cases from inception through trial in both federal and Florida state courts.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Sammy represented clients in first-party property and general commercial litigation at an insurance defense firm in Tampa, Florida.
