Martina has been practicing law for more than 25 years and concentrates her practice in the areas of medical professional liability, products liability, general liability and insurance coverage. She has represented clients in more than 15 jury trials, the majority of cases involving insurance defense matters. Martina’s representative experience includes providing counsel to insurers entering the industry on topics such as non-traditional medical malpractice, as well as data breach and recovery. She has experience handling breach of insurance contracts and breach of real estate contracts from inception through trial.
Martina has authored articles that appeared in nationally circulated magazines on subjects that include non-traditional medical treatments and employment law. She has spoken at national conferences on topics such as products liability and pharmaceutical malpractice in the context of non-traditional medications. Martina has addressed insurance claims managers and other professionals.
Additionally, Martina has provided pro bono services through a child advocacy project.
