Hak Seop Kim

Hak Seop focuses his practice on construction liability, general liability and insurance coverage. Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Hak Seop served as a law clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, where he handled a wide range of cases involving real property, contract disputes and financial matters.

While earning his law degree at Brooklyn Law School, Hak Seop gained additional legal experience through an externship he completed with the New York City Department of Design and Construction’s research program, where he prepared policy recommendations aimed at enhancing the city’s regulatory framework.
