Talia brings a broad legal background to Litchfield Cavo LLP’s Rhode Island office. She has experience in the areas of business law and intellectual property, as well as criminal and family law. Talia has assisted with various aspects of the litigation process, such as motion practice, discovery and trial preparation, and conducts thorough legal research.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo, Talia interned at a family law firm in Newport, Rhode Island, where she gained hands-on experience drafting motions, preparing documents for hearings and attending court hearings in a range of child and family law matters.
While earning her law degree at Roger Williams University School of Law, Talia interned at a boutique law firm in Newport, Rhode Island, and focused on corporate and business formation law. Additionally, she participated in a business start-up clinic, where she conducted trademark research and filed a Rhode Island trademark application on behalf of a client.
