Dan has been practicing law for more than 30 years with significant litigation experience, including construction defect, medical professional liability and non-medical professional liability matters. He also handles cases involving commercial and contract disputes, defense in insurance industry disputes and coverage opinions. Additionally, Dan represents clients in labor and employment, landlord/tenant and tax dispute matters. His appellate practice incorporates all aspects of civil appeals such as preservation of error and preparation of the charge in trial court. Dan also has experience drafting appellate briefs, including a petition for review to the Supreme Court of the United States, and conducting oral arguments before the Texas Courts of Appeals.
In addition to obtaining favorable settlements for his clients at mediation, Dan has participated in Attorney-Mediators Institute training, and has provided volunteer mediator services for the Fort Bend County Dispute Resolution Center.
