Michael has more than 20 years of experience as a litigator successfully representing corporate, municipal and individual clients throughout trials and appeals in a wide variety of practice areas. Michael’s experience includes commercial general liability, employment law, workers’ compensation, New York State labor law and motor vehicle liability. He also has significant experience drafting and arguing appeals in various matters.
