Simone Nicholson has a multi-faceted background that includes successfully litigating cases in state, federal and appellate courts on behalf of corporations, state agencies, insurance companies, and real estate management companies. She handles cases alleging violations of New York Law §§ 240 and 241 (6), construction contract disputes, premises liability, and general litigation.
Simone is experienced in litigating vendor performance and licensing contract disputes, Article 78 proceedings, and advising clients challenging The Uniform Land Use Review Preview (ULURP) and The State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) determinations. She has an additional 15 years of experience successfully litigating products liability and toxic tort cases on behalf of various equipment and component parts manufacturers in the aviation, automotive and medical device industries, and is an experienced negotiator.
