Ryan is a skilled civil litigator with more than ten years of experience representing insurers, corporations and self-insured entities in a wide range of complex matters. He focuses his practice on representing clients in business torts and commercial disputes, as well as defending against claims involving personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence and general liability. Ryan has handled high-stakes commercial litigation and appellate matters, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on risk management and litigation strategy. He routinely advises clients from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, with a focus on efficient resolution and strategic positioning.
Prior to joining Litchfield Cavo LLP, Ryan practiced at both plaintiff and defense firms, which enables him to evaluate cases from multiple perspectives and anticipate opposing counsel’s tactics. His approach is analytical, pragmatic, and results-driven, with a strong emphasis on clear writing, sound judgment, and cost-effective advocacy.
